We take care of all content changes, including new pages on the Unlimited plan. Requests are subject to a maximum of 1 hour of development at a time, and only one request can be submitted at a time.

Our WordPress maintenance plans are for business owners who want to focus their time and energy on running their business, not deal with the hassle of updating or maintaining their site. It’s also for website owners who rely on regular updates to keep their sites and services current.
What kind of tasks are covered by the hourly content updates?
Examples of tasks include: changes or edits to texts, image changes, blog posting, portfolio posting, widget and menu edits, small element styling with CSS, small redesign tasks and – under the Unlimited plan only – new pages based on an existing page layout. Generally speaking, any task that can be completed in less than an hour.
What kind of tasks are NOT covered by the hourly content updates?
What is your cancellation policy?
You’re free to cancel anytime, no questions asked. Simply contact us and your subscription will be cancelled effective the next billing cycle. The current billing cycle will not be pro-rated or refunded.
Do you only support WordPress sites?
Our maintenance plans are designed for WordPress sites, but on a case by case basis, we can offer support for HTML-based and Shopify sites. However, neither plan covers WordPress multisites or WordPress eCommerce sites because the nature of the support for these types of sites is more technical and would require a customized plan.
